Eccipienti: cellulosa microcristallina; amido; agenti antiagglomeranti: sali di magnesio degli acidi grassi, biossido di silicio; melatonina.
Modalità d'uso e dosaggio
Assumere 1 dose (1 compressa) al giorno, 30 minuti prima di coricarsi. Si ottiene un effetto benefico assumendo 1 mg di melatonina poco prima di andare a letto oppure 0,5 mg poco prima di addormentarsi il primo giorno di viaggio e nei giorni successivi all’arrivo a destinazione.
