Modalità d'uso e dosaggio
Mescolare 1 misurino (30 g) di polvere con 200 ml di acqua o latte scremato. Assumere 1–2 porzioni al giorno (al risveglio e/o prima o dopo l’allenamento, e/o prima di andare a letto).
