Modalità d'uso e dosaggio
On training days: take 3 capsules before training and 3 capsules directly after training, washed down with 250 ml of water. On non-training days: take 3 capsules in the morning upon waking, washed down with 250 ml of water. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
