Solgar Omega-3 Fish Oil Concentrate delivers a concentrated source of marine-derived omega-3 fatty acids, providing 320 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 200 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) per two-softgel serving. The omega-3 fatty acids are supplied in their natural triglyceride form, the form in which they are found in fish, supporting optimal absorption and quality.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
