Modalità d'uso e dosaggio

Dissolve a single serving of the product — 10 g (2.5 scoops) — in 100–150 ml of water or juice. On workout days, drink two servings a day: one immediately after waking up, the other after training. On non-workout days, drink one portion after waking up.
