Each 50 g tube delivers approximately 31 g of carbohydrates, combining maltodextrin and fructose to provide a readily available carbohydrate source when you need it most. Each tube also contains niacin (Vitamin B3), which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, as well as choline, which contributes to normal lipid metabolism.
