Natur Tanya Selenium Extra delivers 100 µg of organic selenium per tablet in the highly bioavailable form of L-selenomethionine, sourced from the premium Selenium SeLECT® ingredient. Modalità d'uso e dosaggio

Take 1 tablet daily, swallowed with plenty of water. Recommended duration: minimum 60 days, maximum 120 days. Suitable from age 7. Can be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and by people taking blood thinners or with diabetes.
